This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Chicfachero website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer at our discretion.


Refund Method

All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be issued in the same amount paid for the returned item(s), minus applicable fees

  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred

  • Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated

No refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is not free and is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged and shipped. Chicfachero is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, there are no final sale items. All items are eligible for return if they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item and use your store credit to place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos or additional information to resolve the issue.


Policy Enforcement

Chicfachero reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or abuse, or that do not comply with this policy. Excessive or fraudulent return activity may result in account restrictions or denial of future returns.
