Order Processing
All orders are subject to processing and verification before shipment.

Chicfachero reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other operational concerns.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of refused delivery or returned packages.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Chicfachero is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders shipped domestically are handled by third-party carriers.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges imposed by their country. Chicfachero is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Chicfachero is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Returned packages due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Chicfachero is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may assist at our discretion but are not liable for carrier-related issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to us. Any reshipment or store credit issued will be subject to additional shipping fees and applicable restocking fees.
Policy Changes
Chicfachero reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice, except where required by law. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
